My mother was cutting our black poodle in our bathroom with red tiled walls. She always cut way too much hair, and she still does. Valencia (my sister and I named her when we were six and eight years old...) usually looked like a hairless rat when finished. I remember walking into the bathroom holding a plastic bag, collecting the black curls from the floor, and then going to my room. I sat for a few hours, attaching the curls to a puppet poodle that was going to star in my first Stop motion movie.

Hi and welcome to my website! I’m a Stockholm-based stop-motion animator, puppet/set builder, and director. I graduated in the summer of 2023 from the Stockholm School of the Arts. My graduation film, "Girls' Hair," will premiere at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival in June 2024.
